Immigrating is a journey full of achievements — but it also brings emotional challenges that are often invisible in everyday life. In this session, we create a safe space to talk about mental health, adaptation, and self-knowledge in the life of Brazilian immigrants in Canada, with a strong focus on real human connection.
Building community and meaningful relationships is one of the most powerful emotional resources for anyone starting over in a new country.
