Privacy Policy

This policy covers the "CBRT YouTube" app, an internal tool of Calgary BR Tech (CBRT) that uses the YouTube Data API to manage the community's YouTube channel.

Who uses the app

The app is used only by the CBRT team to manage its own channel: uploading videos, editing titles and descriptions, and scheduling publications. It is not offered to the public.

Data collected

The app does not collect, store, or share any third-party data. It only accesses CBRT's own YouTube channel, authorized by CBRT's own account.

Token storage

Google access tokens are stored only on the channel administrator's machine. They are not sent to any CBRT server or to third parties. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google services

The app uses YouTube API Services. When interacting with the channel, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.
