In this Calgary BR Tech (CBRT) meetup, we will create a safe space to talk about mental health, adaptation, and self‑knowledge in the life of Brazilian immigrants in Canada, with a strong focus on networking and real human connection.
This event is also a great opportunity to meet new people, share experiences, and strengthen your support network in Calgary. Building community and meaningful relationships is one of the most powerful emotional resources for anyone starting over in a new country.
🎙️ Speaker: Leonardo Cordonis
Leonardo Cordonis is a psychoanalyst, clinical therapist, and founder of LCBS Therapy, with training in psychoanalysis and certifications in coaching and behavioral analysis. He works primarily with Brazilian immigrants who face challenges such as anxiety, loneliness, identity crises, family conflicts, and the feeling of not belonging in a new country.
At his clinic, Leonardo combines the depth of psychoanalysis with practical tools from coaching and personal development, offering qualified listening and emotional support. His mission is to strengthen the mental health, self‑esteem, and sense of community of Brazilians who are building a new life abroad.
